Join our Global Data Insight & Analytics team as an Analytics Scientist and use your data expertise and analytical skills to drive evidence-based decision making.

## Responsibilities

As an Analytics Scientist, you will:

- Take ownership of end-to-end development of data products to support analytics consumption within the Ford Customer Service Division.

- Translate user needs into actionable data requirements, ensuring curated data products address business challenges.

- Lead data analysis and discovery efforts in collaboration with analytics teams.

- Engage stakeholders from cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with data scientists, business stakeholders, and team members to drive profitable growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Lead architectural design and development of robust data models and data products utilizing GCP BigQuery, Informatica BDM/DEI, EDC, and Data Privacy Management platforms.

- Develop and execute comprehensive data governance frameworks and security models.

- Architect and develop scalable product solutions for optimal response times and applicability across diverse business cases.

- Facilitate integration of heterogeneous data sources across multiple platforms.

- Deliver impactful data-driven solutions to achieve profitable growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

## Qualifications

We are offering a salary of $140,629.00 - $182,996.64/yr.
