## Description

We are seeking a Partner Business Manager to serve as a trusted adviser to our partners and develop mutually beneficial relationships in alignment with HPE business priorities.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as a trusted advisor and expert to partners on emerging trends in their ecosystem

- Developing joint business plans and leading data-driven sales efforts

- Articulating HPE global and local business strategies to partners

- Building executive-level relationships with partners

- Coordinating and executing HPE activities with partners

- Driving account mapping and sales alignment

- Leading HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of partners

Requirements:

- 8+ years of selling experience within the partner ecosystem

- 5+ years of working in partner space

- 5+ years of experience hunting new business and developing existing business

- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

This role will be supporting Northern California, and candidates should be within a 1-hour drive of the area.

Up to 50% travel is expected.
