## Description

We're looking for an experienced Director, Client Partnership to lead a $3M-5M portfolio at DEPT®. You'll bring deep experience with complex, multi-service client engagements, from overseeing multi-discipline programs and complex platforms to bringing emerging tools into client work.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the key day-to-day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the account

- Lead client meetings, including status calls, briefings, work presentations, and reviews, with confidence and clear direction

- Manage the team across individual workstreams, setting priorities, keeping work moving, and ensuring quality stays high

- Partner closely with Delivery to make sure projects are well planned, properly resourced, and land on time

- Work with craft teams (e.g., creative, strategy, technology) to brief clearly and deliver great work for clients

- Own timelines and scope across workstreams, flagging risks early and managing changes with both the client and the team

Requirements:

- An experienced Director who is already operating at the top end of the level

- Experience independently running a sizeable account or multiple workstreams

- Confidence, credibility, and composure with clients, including comfort pushing back and handling difficult conversations

- Comfort working with multiple client stakeholders within a complex organization

- A strong commercial and operational grip on scopes, budgets, and resourcing

- A people leader who has managed and developed a team

- A proactive, low-ego approach, happy to be the engine of the account
