## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Sales to join our team in Jackson, Mississippi. As a field-based role, you will coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of sales individuals. You will have a solid understanding of the market, resolve operational problems, and provide creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines. You will also cultivate relationships with customers, internal business partners, and the community through various interactions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of sales individuals

- Develop marketing budgets and look for branding opportunities

- Cultivate, maintain, and build relationships with customers, internal business partners, and the community

- Resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales

**Requirements:**

- Active Health Insurance License required

- 2+ years of Medicare sales or related sales experience

- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- Strong aptitude for technology with proficiency in MS Office products and CRM platforms

- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
