## Description

As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager at Red Bull in Freiburg, you will support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face for the brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Strategic development of relevant marketing channels in the South West region, focusing on Freiburg, Konstanz, and Karlsruhe

- Organising and executing events, activations, and projects to enhance brand awareness and drive sales

- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities

- Collaborating with various teams and partners to achieve synergies

- Developing and implementing the Student Marketeer program in the region

- Supporting the creation of the annual business plan and setting regional goals

Requirements:

- Completed university degree

- Fluent German and excellent English language skills

- First professional experience or relevant practical experience in marketing

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Experience with project management and budgeting

- Knowledge of digital media and social media trends

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility for travel (40-50%)
