## Description

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling senior leadership to operate at peak performance within McLaren Automotive's fast-paced, high-precision environment.

This position provides comprehensive executive support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level stakeholder interactions. Acting as a trusted partner to the Executive, the EA anticipates needs, removes obstacles, and creates the organisational clarity required for effective decision-making.

The role demands exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities with calm efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.

- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and written communications on behalf of the Exec member.

- Proactively managing complex diaries.

- Acting as a gate-keeper for senior leadership.

- Manage confidential information with discretion.

- Coordinating high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing documents, minute taking and follow-up actions.

- Serve as a trusted partner to executive, anticipating needs and solving issues before they arise.

- Proactively track and manage projects, whilst ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

- Organise events, off-sites and leadership meetings from concept to execution, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense management.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as an EA, ideally within a corporate or executive environment.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of discretion and professionalism.

- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude.

- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities with multiple stakeholders.

- Collaborative and team-oriented.

- Detail-focused and committed to excellence.

- An interest in automotive and/or luxury is desirable.
