Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the world's most empowered and dynamic brand ambassador programme. They understand our target audience and are responsible for managing the brand image and product understanding at their universities and areas of influence. The objective of the Student Marketeer Programme is to reach new consumers, connect them with the brand, increase sales and promote the brand at universities. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try the product, as well as working on Red Bull events to ensure that consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand. Responsibilities ## Areas that match your strengths All the responsibilities we will entrust to you: Be an ambassador of the brand and product Live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing them exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or customers. Increase the consumer base in the right places, responding accurately to any of their questions. Create and execute a customised and innovative plan on campus, involving students and bringing the brand to life at your university. Establish a solid network of contacts, building relationships with key people. Share unique brand content through your social media channels. Work on Red Bull events and sponsored events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Become an expert in sales Build relationships with local sales managers and ensure that Red Bull is available and visible to consumers. Collaborate with the sales team to open new Red Bull distribution points on campus and in the surrounding area. Make use of relevant Red Bull resources to keep the brand always present at points of sale in your area of influence. Ensure perfect execution according to the defined standards for each point of sale. Excellence in execution Demonstrate excellence in execution and attention to detail in all areas of your role. Share ideas and collaborate with the team. Plan and report your activities through the defined platform, punctually and precisely. Contribute to the development of unique content for Red Bull platforms, providing local information, trends and interesting opportunities. Requirements - Passionate about the brand and product. - Excellent communication skills. - Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality. - Immerse yourself in student life, with extensive knowledge of the university environment, the city and the region, including extracurricular activities and places of interest. - Very approachable and sociable, able to relate to different people in various situations. - Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative. - Ability to balance part-time work and studies. - Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales. - Connected to various influential groups and individuals on campus. - Valid driving license. - Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, Communication or related fields from the 3rd semester onwards.
