## Description

As a Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand in a premium way

- Build and execute a tailored campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university

- Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals

- Identify local collegiate content creators and work with them to bring them into the World of Red Bull

- Grow the user base through product sampling and awareness

- Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure an unforgettable brand experience

- Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull

- Increase brand engagement on social media

- Be a Sales Expert: build relationships with local sales account managers, ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points

- Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts

- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards

- Executional Excellence: deliver executional excellence, show attention to detail

- Share ideas and collaborate with your team

- Plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform

- Contribute to business development by providing local insights and trends

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old

- Valid US driver's license

- University or college enrollment required

- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

- Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Affinity for project management, sales, and winning

- Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits

The hourly rate for this position is $19.29/hour.
