## Description

Pfizer is seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead a high-performing team of sales professionals in the Migraine Team. The ABM will be responsible for motivating, managing, and developing a team of 9-12 Neuroscience Health and Science Professionals.

**Role Responsibilities**

- Supervise operations of the District, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with selling activities and regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the District

- Collaborate with marketing and channel colleagues to drive business growth

- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree required

- Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to develop and motivate others

**Preferred Qualifications**

- MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred

- 3-5 years of people management experience preferred

- Experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers preferred

**Physical/Mental Requirements**

- Ability to travel to all Representatives within District as well as Area/National Meetings, as required

- Depending on size of District/Area and business need, candidates may be required to stay overnight as necessary
