### Responsibilities

- Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling.

- Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues.

- Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance.

- Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services.

- Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.

- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

### Requirements

- 3+ years of residential drain cleaning and sewer experience.

- Experience operating jetting equipment, descaling tools, and sewer inspection cameras.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Pipe bursting experience

- Directional boring experience

- Experience reading sewer camera inspections

- Utility locating experience

- Experience pulling permits and coordinating inspections

- Ability to independently operate excavators and skid steers

- Service plumbing experience

- Chauffeur's License or CDL

- Experience with ServiceTitan

- Experience training helpers and apprentices

#### Within Your First 90 Days

- Complete sewer and drain installation projects with minimal supervision

- Work efficiently alongside crew members

- Maintain clean jobsites and accurate documentation

- Consistently follow safety procedures

- Identify additional repair opportunities in the field

#### Within 6–12 Months

- Lead sewer and drain installation projects

- Train and mentor helpers and apprentices

- Manage excavation workflows and jobsite efficiency

- Run sewer replacement projects safely, efficiently, and profitably

- Become a trusted technical resource for the team
