## Description

This Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role is critical to the Decipher Urologic Cancers business group, focusing on providing clinical product education to customers and field teams to drive understanding and adoption of novel diagnostics.

As an MSL, you will be a clinical/genomic expert with strong communication skills, building rapport with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and the sales team, addressing their educational and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical product education to customers and field teams

- Partnering across the organisation to serve as a scientific and clinical resource

- Supporting the development of multi-channel medical educational activities and tools

- Spending approximately 70% of time on client-facing activities and 30% on internal collaborations and special projects

- Travelling at least 60% of the time, primarily in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the United States

Requirements:

- Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, MD, NP, PA, CGC)

- At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably urology/radiation oncology-focused

- Advanced understanding of tumor biology and molecular testing

- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to travel within a defined region

- Detail-oriented, organised, and self-starter approach

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as an MSL in introducing a novel clinical assay.

For remote US candidates, the salary range is $162,000 - $196,000.
