## Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Buenos Aires. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in capturing, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will also manage our current customer portfolio in the packaging division.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from detecting opportunities to closing deals and initial follow-up

- Coordinate with different areas of the company to add value to customers

- Drive the development of the industrial market with our product portfolios and solutions

- Be a key player in improving customer productivity, participating in automation and innovation processes

- Develop new accounts to build long-term relationships

Requirements:

- University degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields

- At least 5 years of commercial B2B experience in productive processes, machinery, or industrial processes

- Experience in complex sales processes and long sales cycles, as well as contract negotiation and value selling

- High commercial resilience

- Effective use of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in packaging or packaging processes

- Experience in production line endings

Work location:

- Remote work with reporting to the central office in Buenos Aires

- Travel: May include national travel

- Relocation: Not applicable
