## Description

The Arkley Care Home is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for tidying up and a passion for helping others. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will make a real difference every day by creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff

- Ensure residents are kept happy by vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and resident's bedrooms

- Maintain housekeeping stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as needed

**Key Skills / Qualifications:**

- Pride in ensuring work is completed to a high standard

- Ability to maintain an organised environment and multitask

- Comfortable working with other teams to ensure residents are kept happy in their home
