## Description

Join a hotel within the Accor network, a leading hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of brands and properties.

As a Maintenance Agent/Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishments, primarily based in Lille, with regular visits to Lens and Amiens.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on buildings, including electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, and technical equipment work

- Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions, identifying quick fixes, and proposing adapted solutions to minimize impact on operations

- Regularly monitoring installations to anticipate failures and ensure proper functioning

- Implementing preventive maintenance plans defined by the Technical Department and tracking realized actions

- Coordinating external contractors, following up on partner company interventions while maintaining quality, safety, and service continuity standards

- Contributing to residence performance by improving room availability, optimizing maintenance costs, and reducing energy consumption

- Managing equipment and stock, tracking necessary materials, consumables, and spare parts

- Ensuring site safety and security, participating in regulatory compliance, and maintaining safety records

The ideal candidate will have:

- A CAP, BEP, or Bac Professionnel qualification in maintenance, electrotechnics, or building techniques

- Previous experience in multi-technical maintenance, preferably in a hotel, residential, or public reception environment

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, and small second-work items

- Electrical certification an asset

- B driver's license required
