## Description

To carry out scheduled repair and maintenance of the Waitrose E Commerce Vehicle fleet and outlying branch vehicles, providing technical support to the on-site transport department and local Waitrose and John Lewis branches.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £3.25 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour.

**Salary:** The salary offered for this role is up to £55,000, depending on skills and experience, plus overtime is readily available.

**Working Hours:** Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week on a 2-week rota, plus working 1 in 2 Saturday mornings, at premium overtime rate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Carry out scheduled repair and maintenance of the on-site E-commerce light commercial fleet.

- Carry out repair and maintenance of outlying commercial and light commercial vehicles for John Lewis and Waitrose branches and CDHs.

- Be aware of best practices and current commercial vehicle repair techniques to deliver high-quality repairs in a cost-effective manner.

**Requirements:**

- City and Guilds Level 1, 2, and 3 Vehicle technician or equivalent qualifications.

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

- Proven background in transport commercial vehicle repairs.

- Knowledge of commercial vehicle legislation and roadworthiness.

**Desirable Skills:**

- IRTEC.

- LGV C+E Driving Licence.

- EV experience.
