## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Team Manager - Kinship and Permanence to lead our Kinship and Permanence Service across our innovative Shared Children's Services Partnership. The successful candidate will provide both operational management of the Kinship and Permanence Team and strategic leadership for permanence planning.

**Job Details:**

- Salary range: £63,723 - £67,083 per annum

- Work location: 145 King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JT

- Hours per week: 36

- Contract type: Permanent

- Vetting requirements: Enhanced DBS Check

As Team Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage a specialist Kinship and Permanence Team across the partnership.

- Drive high-quality permanence planning for children from the earliest stage of intervention.

- Lead on Special Guardianship, Connected Person and Kinship Care assessments.

- Champion family network solutions and family-led permanence where safe and appropriate.

- Chair permanence tracking and monitoring processes to reduce drift and delay.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and practitioners across the three boroughs.

- Work collaboratively with partners to secure timely permanence outcomes for children.

- Lead service development, quality assurance and practice improvement initiatives.

- Use performance information and data to drive continuous improvement and strengthen outcomes.

**Role Specific Qualifications:**

- A recognised Social Work qualification.

- Current registration with Social Work England.
