## Description

We are seeking a Telemarketing Sales Professional to work on a project promoting and selling products to healthcare professionals and establishments remotely.

**Job Summary** As a Telemarketing Sales Professional, you will be responsible for contacting clients by phone and digital channels, promoting and selling our product portfolio, developing consultative relationships with clients, executing commercial strategies, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Make active contact with clients by phone and digital channels

- Promote and sell our product portfolio, identifying business opportunities

- Develop consultative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions

- Execute commercial strategies and promotional campaigns defined by the company

- Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and performance indicators

- Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and negotiations in internal systems

- Monitor orders, opportunities, and post-sales actions

- Track market movements and share relevant information with the team

**Requirements**

- Higher education degree, currently studying or completed

- Previous experience in internal sales, telemarketing, or commercial customer service in the pharmacy channel

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ease with CRM systems

- Good verbal and written communication skills
