## Description

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled FLT Driver to join our Packaging team at our Wisbech plant. As a Multi-Skilled FLT Driver, you will operate a forklift truck to transport items as instructed by the Packaging Supervisor.

**Responsibilities:**

- Use warehouse management system to scan items as necessary

- Operate forklift truck to transport items, including filling and emptying racks, transporting packaging to the lines, loading the flake trailer

- Maintain the cleanliness of the working area

- Complete a thorough handover at the end of each shift to counterpart on following shift

- Ensure work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and GMP practice

- Operate a counterbalance FLT, Reach FLT, and RPPT truck

- Assist the Flake department with Packaging as required

- Help in loading the lorry for the finished Flake product

- Assist the logistics department when required (loading/unloading deliveries/batter)

- Participate in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) and report any safety concerns

- Carry out sanitation duties as required, including shutdown

- Remain at workstation until relieved at shift handover

- Provide guidance, training, and support to colleagues as required

- Report and escalate issues on performance or damage/knock outs with a supervisor or manager in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)

- Lamb Weston chemical training, H+S, GMP

- Reach and Counterbalance licence signed off by Lamb Weston rep + PPPT - RPPT

- Full driving licence

- Appropriate experience operating a forklift truck

- SAP/SCADA experience
