## Description

We are seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to join our Energy and Environmental Control Group in Malmö, Helsingborg, or Kalmar. As a senior energy consultant, you will work on technical energy investigations and energy coordination in construction and real estate projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Independently leading and quality-assuring qualified energy assignments

- Acting as a senior advisor to clients and project organizations

- Being responsible for customer dialogue, scope, budget, and delivery

- Contributing to bids, customer development, and new business

- Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues

- Contributing to the development of the group's working methods and energy offerings

The ideal candidate will have:

- Relevant technical university education or equivalent competence

- At least five years of relevant experience in qualified energy work within the construction and real estate sector

- Experience in energy calculations, energy coordination, energy mapping, energy strategies, and energy declarations

- Certification as an energy expert (CEX) or energy mapper is a merit

- Good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing
