As a Primary Care Sales Consultant, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products, driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing a strategic business plan for Endocrinologists and Primary Care Physicians in community settings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers

- Drive utilisation of approved CV and menopause products

- Leverage expertise in diabetes and menopause marketplaces to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Provide strategic and tactical planning input to commercial colleagues

- Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritise time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understand customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

- Handle customer objections and exceed expectations

- Share exemplary skills with others in a training capacity

- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance

- Comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- Proven track record of high performance in sales or relevant experience

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behaviour and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Advanced degree

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

- Virtual sales experience

- Strong local relationships with healthcare professionals

**Salary and Benefits:**

- Salary range: $124,320.00 - $186,480.00

- Additional compensation may include bonus or commission
