## Description

The US Deal Finance team at Visa is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis and deal pricing expertise. The successful candidate will develop detailed financial models and analyses to structure client incentive deals, collaborate with Sales and Legal teams, and participate in negotiations with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop detailed financial models and analyses to evaluate client incentive contract offers

- Manage deals through the offer approval and execution process

- Proactively identify and solve business issues related to incentive structures and contract language

- Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to provide support and direction on contract structures and terms

- Participate in negotiations with clients and resolve financial structure and contractual issues

- Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to management

- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed

- Support training and development of junior team members and account executives

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong data research and manipulation skills

- Experience in investment, valuation, or transactional analysis

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced degree

- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services or payments community

- Financial transaction analysis experience

- Contract or pricing negotiation experience
