We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the team to develop innovative solutions to improve the performance of our cars.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new technologies to improve car performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement

- Analyse data to inform design decisions

- Work with suppliers to procure new components and systems

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles

- Experience with CAD design and simulation tools

- Excellent communication and project management skills
