## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team as an intern. As part of this team, you will support the execution of M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiations. You will also conduct market and trend analyses, assess business models, and contribute to the development of strategic and methodological approaches for M&A activities at Porsche.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the team in conducting M&A transaction processes, including company valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiations

- Review and evaluate business models and conduct market/trend analyses

- Assist in developing strategic and methodological approaches for M&A activities at Porsche

- Prepare meeting materials and management reports

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Markets, or similar

- Initial experience in Investment Banking, Corporate M&A, or Transaction Advisory is advantageous

- Familiarity with project management is beneficial

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension of complex issues

- High level of engagement, self-motivated, and structured work style

- Confident communication, team-oriented, and excellent German language skills

- Fluent English language skills
