## Description

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team at Diageo are problem-solvers, responsible for sourcing, producing, and delivering our brands to customers globally. As a Senior Executive - Commercial, you will play a critical role in this operation.

**About the Role** You will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce, or a related field, and 2-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, materials control, procurement, and inventory functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and maintain records of receipts until invoices are received

- Organize the timely movement of materials within the unit to ensure smooth operations

- Implement targets for logistics costs and work on an optimum logistics model

- Coordinate with planning and packing departments for proper accounting of recycled bottles and packing materials

- Follow up with suppliers and transporters for orders and deliveries

- Prepare timely and accurate reports on resource availability and current expenditure

- Implement contingency plans for fluctuations in demand

- Assist in preparing daily and monthly management information systems (MIS)

- Maintain an updated database on vendors, pricing, and manufacturer information
