## Description

Anthropic is growing rapidly across EMEA and needs a Recruiter to join its Talent team in London. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for General and Administrative (G&A) functions, including Policy, Finance, Legal, and People.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience reflecting Anthropic's values. This involves sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, running structured interviews, and using data to track pipeline health.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across EMEA

- Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and build sourcing strategies

- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates

- Running structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interviews

- Managing candidates through the process with clear communication

- Collaborating with the Talent team and others to structure offers

- Using data to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A, preferably with a focus on Policy hiring, and a track record of strong stakeholder partnership. Experience recruiting in the UK and European market is essential.

The annual compensation range for this role is £105,000-£145,000 GBP.
