## Description

Help customers put AI to work. Our technical customer-facing teams connect business goals with practical solutions, helping organisations evaluate, build, deploy, and adopt OpenAI technology.

In this role, you will:

- Work with customers to understand their goals, identify useful AI applications, and define measurable outcomes.

- Design technical approaches across architecture, integrations, data, security, governance, and evaluation.

- Build demonstrations, prototypes, or production solutions, and help customers navigate technical trade-offs.

- Support deployment and adoption through technical guidance, workshops, enablement, and delivery coordination.

- Partner with Sales, Product, Research, Engineering, and other customer-facing teams to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into better products and practices.

- Have helped customers evaluate, implement, or adopt complex technology and can connect technical work to business outcomes.

- Bring a strong technical foundation in areas such as software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data, or AI systems.

- Can explain technical concepts clearly, build trust with different audiences, and work through ambiguous problems.

- Learn quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and care about the safe and effective use of AI.

We value different kinds of technical depth. Engineering-focused opportunities may call for substantial hands-on coding, integration, debugging, and production delivery. Other opportunities emphasise architecture, technical strategy, customer enablement, or delivery leadership.
