## Job Overview

As a Technical Senior Manager, Fund Tax at Carta, you will play a crucial role in transforming the LP experience with K-1s, ensuring a reliable connection between fund administration and tax products, and leading a team of talented tax professionals.

## Responsibilities

- Partner with product and engineering to automate K-1 releases on the software platform

- Ensure a seamless client experience by connecting fund administration and tax products

- Manage a team of tax professionals servicing the client base

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth

## Team and Location

You will join the Fund Tax team, working closely with the Head of Fund Tax to manage the tax team and delivery process. Carta is trusted by over 2,000 firms with over $120B in assets, and there's an opportunity to expand offerings to include full-service tax prep and filing.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of applicable tax experience

- Self-starter with ability to identify potential issues and mitigate them

- Passionate and knowledgeable about venture capital and/or private equity

- Organized and calm under pressure, with ability to manage competing demands

- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

## Salary and Benefits

The expected cash compensation range for this role is: $174,800.00 - $218,500.00 in Seattle, WA $184,000.00 - $230,000.00 in New York, NY
