## Description

We are seeking a Head of Solutions Delivery for KSA, Bahrain and Oman to lead products sales and deployment across these regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating card fees, benefits resell and other Visa revenues by driving affluent card issuance and retention, customizing value propositions across segments and positioning Visa as the preferred choice of network partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage products sales and deployment across KSA, Bahrain and Oman

- Generate card fees, benefits resell and other Visa revenues by driving affluent card issuance and retention

- Customize value propositions across segments and position Visa as the preferred choice of network partners

- Develop consumer segmentation strategies, optimize portfolios, track performance, diversify channels, promote Visa Digital solutions and innovations, and drive cross-border and e-commerce volume

- Combine product management experience with awareness of client needs to increase customer engagement with their Visa account

- Work effectively across matrixed organizations and have a proven track record of strong people management

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree

- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment

- Experience in payments, transaction banking, financial advisory, or SaaS

- Experience in cross-border account payments and with payment networks

- Experience in mobile, API, and service-oriented architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

- 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree

- Experience in payments and/or financial services industry, with preferred experience in AI, cross-border money movement, card networks, account-to-account payments

- Experience in planning, managing, and closing complex commercial deals
