## Description

TaskUs is seeking an IT Applications Support professional to act as Level II support, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of system-related problems. The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts and Development Teams to maintain application reliability, train corporate application team members, and drive support efficiency and quality assurance across global sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the single point of contact for employees regarding corporate application issues

- Troubleshoot and triage in-house and cloud-based applications

- Own user issues, coordinate resolutions, track progress, and communicate status updates

- Provide user training on corporate applications, support minor enhancements, and publish documentation

- Generate weekly status reports outlining issue trends and support activities

**Required Qualifications:**

- 1–2 years of experience with .NET technology

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and coding principles

- Familiarity with modern UI tech stacks, including AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Node.js

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and popular web application frameworks

- Experience with code versioning systems and cloud infrastructure platforms

- Understanding of Agile-SCRUM frameworks and ITIL standards

- Previous experience in operations help desk, service desk support, or IT service management

- Functional knowledge of user administration, system configuration, and SQL scripting

- Exceptional analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Education / Certifications:**

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
