As a Kitchen Assistant, you will prepare, cook, and present food according to established quality standards and recipes. You will ensure proper food handling, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, and keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present food according to quality standards and recipes

- Ensure proper food handling and maintain high hygiene and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order in the kitchen and work areas

- Control, store, and request necessary supplies and raw materials

- Comply with food safety regulations, occupational health, and brand procedures

- Work as a team to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests

Requirements:

- Passion for gastronomy with creativity and service orientation

- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment under pressure

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of good food handling and hygiene practices

- Proactive attitude, commitment to quality, and attention to detail

- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Minimum 6 months of experience

- Valid food handling certification
