## Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of our highly motivated team in Flensburg, which takes care of hosts in the region. You will also be integrated into our DACH team, which consists of locations in Hamburg, Freiburg, Friedrichshafen, and Munich. The teams work together to achieve a large project, where you will play an important role. You can expect a dynamic and diverse team with extensive experience in winning and managing our hosts. We offer the position as a remote opportunity, but it's essential that you come to the office in Flensburg for onboarding and once a month.

This is a temporary position for 12 months with the option to extend the contract.

Your role in this journey will involve contacting potential new customers and advising them about our offer. In the first conversation, usually via phone, you will determine the potential for further cooperation and show opportunities. You will create trust and curiosity in us and our offer.

- A desire for customer contact, both over the phone and in personal conversations

- A positive and empathetic personality that creates strong interpersonal relationships

- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work responsibly and organized

- An optimistic nature that approaches new challenges with enthusiasm

- Preferably, but not necessarily required: experience in sales or customer management, travel industry, or online business

- Near-native German language skills
