CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join its team in Parsippany, NJ. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient asset management.

### Responsibilities:

- Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and IT assets within the data center region.

- Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution.

- Audits: Conduct ongoing audits to verify inventory accuracy and completeness.

- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently.

- Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits.

- Technology Skills: Utilize inventory management software and other tools.

- Communication: Maintain effective communication with various teams.

- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

- Travel: Be willing to travel as needed to support inventory management and audits.

### Requirements:

- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with asset management software.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Comfortable working in a data center environment.
