## Description

The Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company is a training position that prepares you for an Account Sales Manager role.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans

- Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers

- Meet daily KPIs in areas such as sales, distribution, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, and building displays

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory

- English; additional languages an advantage
