## Description

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice in Providence, RI. The successful candidate will handle a heavy and complex caseload of cases and hearings.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings

- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guiding clients through the case process

- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports

- Preparation for and attendance at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing with the RI State Bar Association

- Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
