## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You'll provide exceptional customer service, operate digital tools, and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers. You'll utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide five-star customer service at pace

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Operate digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contribute to a positive team environment

**Working Hours:**

- Friday: 22:00-06:00

- Saturday: 22:00-06:00

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

**Requirements:**

**Benefits:**

- Competitive pay rate

- +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
