## Description

As a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide excellent patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure excellent patient care and customer service

- Regularly review business reporting to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to close gaps

- Establish a culture of safety, empowerment, and inclusion within the pharmacy team

- Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills to support patients

- Support access to care and help improve patient outcomes through pharmacist-delivered clinical care

- Understand and comply with all relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and professional standards

Requirements:

- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located

- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Preferred Qualifications:

- Completion of the CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PM-EL) program

- 3-5 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
