## Description

The Global Virtual Sales organization at Cisco is seeking a Leader, Inside Sales to lead Inside Account Executive (iAE) teams in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will drive team performance, enhance portfolio profitability, and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with customers and partners

- Ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Implement effective sales strategies to deliver sustainable growth

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance using data and tools

- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture

- Lead and coach team members to achieve sales goals

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience leading programmatic sales teams or 3+ years of sales experience

- Established track record of building and achieving repeatable and data-driven sales methods

- Strong sales achievement and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluent in French

- Continuous learning approach

- Experience with digital selling tools such as Salesforce

- Data-driven decision-making skills

- Coaching skills to inspire excellence and support career development
