## Description

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Charlestown, MA.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within our store. You will be the first point of contact to assist our patients and customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment

- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts

- Support immunizations, including preparing and administering vaccines

- Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

- Attention and focus, with ability to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly

- Customer service and team orientation, with ability to actively look for ways to help people

- Communication skills, with ability to use verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues

- Mathematical reasoning, with ability to use math to solve problems

- Physical demands, including mobility, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations
