## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a meticulous and systematic QA Engineer to work with the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in functional and regression testing, understand business processes, and be eager to develop their skills in SAP.

## Responsibilities:

- Testing complex End-to-End (E2E) business processes: sales, procurement, finance, warehouse accounting, etc.

- Conducting functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Creating and maintaining a regression test suite for key business processes.

- Validating inter-system integrations (SAP, E-commerce, DWH) via API and databases.

- Developing and maintaining test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists, and test scenarios.

- Analyzing, identifying, and documenting defects, controlling their correction, and re-testing.

- Participating in preparing and executing testing of releases and changes in the system.

- Supporting and developing automated tests, primarily for repetitive and regression scenarios.

- Using test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca, or similar.

- Analyzing automated test results and verifying their correctness.

- Collaborating closely with SAP consultants, developers (ABAP), business analysts, and other team members.

## Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in functional testing of complex web systems.

- Practical experience in planning, preparing, and executing regression testing.

- Experience in creating and maintaining regression test sets.

- Basic or practical experience with automated testing and understanding of automation principles.

- Experience with at least one popular automation tool: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca, UFT/OpenText UFT.

- Ability to work with E2E scenarios spanning multiple systems or modules.

- Strong basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE) for data verification in databases.

- Experience in testing APIs (Postman / Swagger, REST / SOAP, JSON / XML).

- System thinking: ability to see the big picture and understand how changes in one place affect the entire chain.

- Knowledge and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Google Docs.

- Upper-Intermediate level English.

- Higher technical education (+ additional technical education/courses QA Engineer, Data Engineer will be a plus).
