## Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical water infrastructure projects across remote Pilbara operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of two major capital projects: replacement of an operational potable water network and design, construction, and commissioning of a new wastewater treatment plant servicing an existing accommodation village.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting.

- Oversee engineering consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.

- Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.

- Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance, and village teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.

- Facilitate project governance, approvals, and handover activities.

About You:

- Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure projects.

- Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.

- Experience working in remote, mining, or industrial environments.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.

- Willingness to travel regularly to remote Pilbara sites.
