## Description

We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Munich. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and supporting clients with a focus on digital channels and personal advice.

**Your Tasks**

- You will advise and support clients within the team, focusing on the digital, omnichannel private customer segment and expanding the securities business.

- You will be responsible for advising and selling complex securities products through digital media, using telephone, video consultation, screen sharing, and all possibilities of the omnichannel-enabled workspace professionally and consistently.

- You will identify client needs using standardized investment and advisory processes and forward needs outside your own competence qualified.

- You will actively contribute to the team, promote the advisory performance of your colleagues, and share your expertise motivating others.

- You will support RBC executives in the induction of new employees and take on training and further education of colleagues in the securities area if required.

**Your Skills and Experience**

- You have completed a commercial banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification.

- You bring several years of consulting experience in sales, have independent competence in securities business, are authorised according to AnsFuG, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and qualitative requirements.

- You have in-depth knowledge of various risk classes in securities and investment business.

- You have profound competences in the area of personal loans, are IDD-certified, and reliably ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards in credit and precaution business.

- You have particular expertise in digital consulting and in the distribution of securities and investment products, supplemented by knowledge of the entire private customer product range.

- You convince through a sovereign, friendly demeanour in consulting – even in complex situations, as well as through pronounced sales strength, high customer orientation, and very good team and communication skills.
