## Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Product Manager to join our Cappitech Product Regulation Team. As a member of the Product team, you will play an important role in continuing to make it all happen. You will be joining a team of problem solvers and solution finders with a passion for providing the very best customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Understand regulatory requirements and translate them into product features and system requirements

- Collaborate with development teams and provide training and documentation internally to Operational teams and externally to Customers

- Gather and analyze market requirements and offerings

- Define product requirements from high-level concept to detailed source mapping and functionality requirements

- Work with Development and QA teams to design and develop solutions to meet business requirements

- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

- 6-8 years of experience in financial markets business or fintech

- Attention to detail

- Ability to read and understand regulatory documentation

- Proactiveness in identifying risks, mitigating risks, and managing project timelines

- Previous hands-on experience in Derivatives regulatory reporting (JFSA, HKMA, EMIR Refit, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, SEC or Canada)

- Solid understanding of Derivatives Products such as Swaps, Options & Forwards

- Building requirement specifications and well-versed with creating user stories in JIRAs

- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities

- Prior experience working with Development teams

- Ability to reverse engineer

- Stakeholder management

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex or unfamiliar concepts in simple terms

- SQL skills

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal direction or supervision

- Ability to work under pressure

**Good to have:**
