## Description

We are seeking a Consumer Credit Consultant to join our team at Deutsche Bank Easy, located in Brescia. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of direct clients, working closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop assigned clients through commercial campaigns and incoming requests, collaborating with the team

- Analyze client needs and propose suitable DB Easy products

- Ensure achievement of growth and profitability targets for the 'Family' segment

- Monitor production quality and define corrective actions with Branch and Regional Managers

- Promote Consumer and non-Consumer products, fostering cross-selling opportunities

**Requirements**

- Degree in Economics or Law

- Experience in commercial roles within consumer finance, with strong commercial and negotiation skills

- Excellent relational skills, attention to customer needs, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation

- Good knowledge of Office software and English language

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenges
