## Description

We're looking for a Product Policy Lead to join our Policy team, focusing on spam policy development and enforcement. You will draft policies, create enforcement guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to tackle spam and abuse at scale.

Responsibilities:

- Lead spam policy development for Pinterest

- Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to implement and enforce spam policies

- Advise Policy teammates and partner teams on spam and abuse

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in detection methods and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as policy or law, or equivalent experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in trust and safety or platform integrity policy work

- Proven experience developing and enforcing spam, platform integrity, or cybersecurity policies for a global online platform

- Deep understanding of coordinated inauthentic behavior and scaled abuse patterns

- Security mindset with experience in adversarial threat modeling

- Experience investigating emerging abuse campaigns and making sound policy decisions

- Hands-on knowledge of spam-fighting tools, SQL, automation, APIs, and bot ecosystems

- Strong critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
