This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with potential opportunities to extend beyond this date subject to business needs.

Your role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in-store and through digital channels. Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday, including core daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential as working patterns vary with customer demand and business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role-modelling service behaviours

- Selling confidently to customers using product knowledge to sell more in-store and through digital channels

- Understanding store business priorities and contributing to improving store performance

- Adapting and working flexibly across the store to support colleagues and meet customer and business needs
