We are hiring a Product Design Director to lead from the front, raising the bar on craft, building high-performing teams, and helping us move fast through ambiguity. Our product is used by millions, and our design team plays a critical role in making it world-class. We are looking for a leader who can partner with our Product and Engineering leadership to define and ship what's next, not what's already been done before. You'll be a direct partner to product and engineering leaders across the company to define and ship what's next , not what's already been done before.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving a team to ship great software, not just making decks about it. They will have strong visual sensibility, high standards for craft, and an eye for detail. They will also have demonstrated product taste , they know what great looks like, and they can help teams get there.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of designers and design leaders working across multiple product surfaces. You will partner with your Product and Engineering leadership counterparts to lead a product division , aligning strategy, driving decisions, and unblocking delivery. You will set and uphold an extremely high bar for craft , from UX flow to pixels to polish.

What success looks like includes delivering high-quality product work at speed , consistently. You will have hired exceptional talent and helped your existing team grow. You will have partnered with other design leaders and operations functions to implement the correct amount of structure and rigour required for success. Product and engineering leadership will love partnering with you , you unlock forward progress and raise the ambition.
