**What you'll be doing:**

- Role model and coach for high standards and efficiency across the food hall

- Manage compliance with processes while maintaining great shop keeping and customer service

- Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us

- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate

- Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times

**What makes a great food manager:**

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced environment

- Provides excellent customer service and coaches a team to do the same

- Delivers KPIs and performance indicators

- Manages disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations

- Leads operations and is comfortable doing so alone

**Essential Criteria:**

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting

- Proven success in delivering against a wide range of KPIs

- Experience managing complex people matters
