## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team, working remotely from Germany.

As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud's Knowledge Graph.

The Opportunity: You will join a growing Product Design organization of over 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Enabling customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect to each other

- Translating research and data into experiences that are easy to digest and break down complexity

- Tailoring the experience to different target audiences, covering multiple user perspectives

- Working cross-functionally with peers and leaders in engineering, product management, technical writing, and GTM functions

- Prioritizing for delivering impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes, and technical considerations

Requirements:

- 7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products

- A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment

- Experience running qualitative research in complex fields

- Ability to make design decisions that balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations

Nice to Have:

- Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity

- Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows

- Domain knowledge or experience related to observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring

Compensation & Rewards: The base compensation range for this role is EUR 88,240 - EUR 105,888.
