## Description

Anthropic is growing rapidly across EMEA and needs recruiters to help hire exceptional people for various teams. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team in London, focusing on General Administration (G&A) or Go-To-Market (GTM) organization roles.

This full-cycle individual-contributor role involves sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing positions. You'll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand requirements, build pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience reflecting Anthropic's values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or GTM roles across EMEA

- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and build sourcing strategies

- Source and engage high-quality candidates, building diverse pipelines

- Run structured interview processes upholding Anthropic's hiring standards

- Manage candidates with clear communication and a great experience

- Collaborate with the Talent team to structure offers and guide candidates

- Use data to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring

- Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets

- Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape

- Strong stakeholder management and organization skills

- Clear communication style and bias toward action

- Comfort operating in ambiguity

- Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience recruiting at high-growth tech, AI, or ML companies

- Experience across both G&A and GTM functions

- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms

- Additional European language skills

The annual compensation range for this role is €125,000 - €170,000 EUR.

**Logistics:**

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time
