## Description

We are seeking a Registered Home Manager to oversee Bannister Farm, a residential home supporting five autistic adults with possible learning disabilities, located in Leyland, Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and budget management.

## Key Responsibilities

The Registered Home Manager will:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high care standards and compliance

- Lead, support, and develop a team to deliver person-centred care

- Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans

- Ensure a safe, positive environment for residents

- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in care

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Requirements include:

- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- Experience in a similar environment working with people with Autism

- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and PROACT-SCIPr-UK or equivalent
